Who looks after your data
Metlait SRL runs Rockwin and is responsible for the personal data you share with us. This page explains how we collect, use, share and protect it.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details such as your name, date of birth, address, e-mail and phone number.
- Documents we need to check who you are and that a payment method is yours.
- Payment and account details, including deposits, withdrawals and balances.
- Gaming activity such as the games you play, when you log in and out, your bets, bonus use and any responsible gambling steps.
- Technical details from your device and browser.
Why we use it
- To run your account and pay your winnings.
- To meet legal duties such as anti-money-laundering rules, identity checks and responsible gambling.
- To prevent fraud and protect our players and our platform.
- To understand how the casino is used, fix problems and make it better.
Who we share it with
We share data only with trusted partners who help us run the casino, such as game providers and payment processors, with regulators where the law requires it, and with professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants. Every partner has to use the data only for the agreed purpose and keep it secure.
Data sent abroad
When data travels to another country we protect it with safeguards such as the European Commission standard contract clauses, or send it only to countries that offer a similar level of protection.
Keeping data safe
Access to files and systems is limited to staff who need it, unauthorised software and hardware are blocked, and data we no longer need is deleted for good.
Age
Rockwin is only for adults who have reached the legal gambling age where they live, and at least 18. We do not knowingly collect data from younger people.
